Homemade Honey Biscuits
Our favourite biscuit recipe. Ingredients 175g unsalted butter 1 cup (220g) caster sugar 1/4 cup Uniquely Territory Honey 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 2 1/4 cup (430g) self raising flour Instructions Place butter, sugar, honey, cinnamon, salt & vanilla extract into microwave until the mixture is melted and smooth. Stir through eff and self raising flour (at this stage the mixture will be warm and sticky). Chill in the fridge for 1 hour/unt

Honey Mustard Chicken
A crowd pleaser perfect for weeknight dinners. The combination of honey and mustrad creates a tangy and sweet flavour that pairs well with chicken. Ingredients 4 skinless chicken breasts 1/4 cup of Uniquely Territory Honey 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard 2 tbsp of olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Instructions Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celcius In a bowl combine, honey, dijon mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the chicken breasts into a baking dish and pour the marinad

Honey Lemonade
This recipe is perfect for a hot day, nothing beats a refreshing glass of homemade hoiney lemonade. It is easy to make and perfect for gatherings. Ingredients 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 Uniquely Territory Honey 4 cups of water Lemon slices for garnish Fresh mint leaves (optional but recommended) Ice Instructions In a large jug or bowl, combine lemon juice, honey and water.
